Garden Zucchini & Corn Saute

A crispy, easy, healthy side dish for any meal.
  • 1 medium zucchini & 1 medium yellow squash
  • ⅓ cup sliced onion
  • 1 ½ tsp. olive oil
  • ¾ cup whole kernel corn
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  1. In a large skillet, saute zucchini and onion in oil until crisp-tender. Add corn and garlic; saute 2 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and lemon-pepper mixture.
