I exercised this afternoon by working around the yard, flower beds, and tomato plants. I walked all over my property. Came in sweaty, not from heat, but walking, so I think I got some good exercise in. Forgot to put on the fitbit but Im’ sure i got alot of steps in. Worked a least one hour.

SIDE NOTE: I USE COCONUT AMINOS INSTEAD OF SOY SAUCE. It tastes EXACTLY the same, I think, and the bonus – NO SOY.

Posting here is just fine. 🙂 That sounds like a yummy swap. We do coconut aminos also since my husband has a soy allergy.
