WW Egg Salad
We love this quick and easy Weight Watchers friendly Egg Salad recipe.

- 12 eggs hard boiled, cooled, and chopped
- 1/2 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
- optional - 2 T light Miracle Whip or Mayo
- 1 large pickle chopped
- 1 squirt mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix it all together.
Serve with carrots, celery, and cucumber slices, or on top of lettuce, or light whole wheat bread.
