Cut the bacon into pieces, and saute in a skillet over medium high heat until lightly crispy.
Add 1 cup of chopped onions to the skillet with the bacon, and saute until tender and translucent.
Mix the chopped cabbage into the onion and bacon mixture in the skillet.
Let the mixture cook down a bit, and then add in pepper to taste and 1 tablespoon of greek seasoning.
Pour in ½ c. of low sodium chicken broth. Continue to cook the cabbage over medium heat until it is tender, and you have reached your desired level of doneness.
Stir in enough salt to taste, and then serve garnished with a squeeze of fresh lemon if desired.
