Ingredients
5poundchuck roast of beef
1/2cupbeef broth
1/2cuppepperoncini juice
1packetranch dressing mix
1packetbrown gravy mix
8itempepperoncini
Instructions
Pour broth and pepperoncini juice into Instant Pot.
Add roast.
Sprinkle with ranch and brown gravy mixes.
Top with pepperoncini.
Close and lock Instant Pot lid.
Cook on "manual" or "pressure cook" setting for 90 minutes.
Allow to natural release for 10 minutes, the quick release and serve.
