Fruit and Cheese Kebobs in a Pineapple
Beautiful fruit and cheese kebobs served in a pineapple.

Ingredients

pineapple
1
bunch red grapes
1
bunch green grapes
2
pints
strawberries
5
oranges
1
package wooden skewers
1
block Monterrey Jack cheese
1
block cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cut the pineapple in half length-wise and place cut side down on a serving plate.
Prepare fruit and cut cheese into large cubes the day before the party.
The day of the party, prepare kebobs by alternating fruit and cheese.
Stick kebobs into pineapple just before serving.
