1boxangel food cake mixdry
1boxchocolate cake mixregular or sugar-free, dry
1/3cupunsweetened cocoa powderoptional
Instructions
To create mix
In a large bowl, whisk together the ingredients to combine.
Transfer the cake mix to an airtight food storage container or zipper bag and keep in a cool, dry place for up to two months.
To prepare individual servings
Combine 3 tablespoons of the mug cake mix with 2 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe mug; stir well (the batter should look foamy).
Microwave on high for 1 minute or until the cake is fully cooked.
You can eat it right from the mug or invert it onto a small plate. Top with optional toppings (additional points/calories) if desired, and enjoy.
