1tbspOld Bay Seasoning
1 tspgarlic powder
112 ozsmoked turkey sausage
1lemoncut into wedges
2tbspfresh parsleychopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook Potatoes for ten mins. For the last five mins, add corn to pot.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic and Old Bay Seasoning.
Place potatoes, corn, shrimp and sausage in a single layer onto baking sheet. Drizzle with butter mixture and gently toss to combine.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and corn is tender. Take care not to overbake as this makes shrimp tough. Only cook until shrimp just turn pink.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges, garnished with parsley, if desired.
