1Thoneyor agave, Splenda, Truvia, etc., optional
1/2cupUnsweetened Almond Breezeor milk of choice (You won't need it all.)
Instructions
Cut bananas into chunks and freeze for at least 1 hour.
Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor.
