Ingredients
1large head of broccolichopped into small pieces
2cupsgala appleschopped ( 3-4 apples )
¼cupColby jack cheesediced
¼cupcarrotsdiced
¼cuppurple cabbage
1cupred grapessliced
1 ½cupplain non-fat Greek yogurt
1Tbsp.sugaror stevia
1½Tbsp.Red Wine vinegar
Instructions
Combine broccoli, cheese, carrots, cabbage, and grapes in a large bowl.
Toss to combine.
Set aside.
Stir together Greek yogurt, sugar, and vinegar in a small bowl. Pour over the top of broccoli mixture and stir evenly to coat.
Tastes great when served immediately.
