Ingredients
1
9 oz. package refrigerated three cheese ravioli
2
large eggs
beaten
1
cup
Panko Breadcrumbs
1/4
cup
grated parmesan cheese
¼
tsp.
of red pepper flakes
optional
½
cup
marinara sauce
for dip
Instructions
Mix together the panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes.
Place the ravioli in a medium sauce pan filled with water.
Bring to a boil.
Drain well and lay flat to dry slightly.
Dip each piece into the beaten eggs, and then into the panko mixture.
Heat the Air Fryer to 360 and cook the tortellini for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.
(You may have to do this in batches.)
Serve with warm marinara sauce.
