Ingredients

of Chicken Breasts tenders
2
Eggs
beaten

cup
Panko Bread Crumbs

tbsp.
cajun spice
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Place your tenders on a napkin lined plate and pat dry. Season each side with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl add eggs.
In the other bowl, add panko crumbs and cajun seasoning and lightly stir.
Dip chicken tenders into the eggs, then panko bread crumbs.
Place the chicken on a separate plate until all are coated.
Load the tenders into air fryer basket and lightly spray with olive oil spray.
Cook at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
