Honeycrisp, Fuji, Jazz, or Pink Lady

Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 390 degrees.
Mix cinnamon and sugar together.
Core apples.
Slice apples about ⅛ inch thickness using a mandoline slicer (for best results).
Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and sugar.
Spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
Place apples in a single layer on the air fryer basket.
Cook for 4 and flip, cooking for another 4 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved.
Move apple chips to a cooling rack and repeat steps until all apples are cooked.
Store in an airtight container.
