Weight Watchers 2 Ingredient Dough Italian Breadsticks
Delicious, low point and low calorie breadsticks made with 2 ingredient dough.

Ingredients
1.5cupsplain non fat greek yogurt
2cupsSelf Rising Flour
1tspItalian seasoning
.5tspCoarse Sea Salt
2tspOlive Oilor cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Add flour into large bowl.
Stir in Greek yogurt. Mix well. (If dough is too dry, add more Greek yogurt, 1-2 T at a time until mixture forms a soft ball that is not overly sticky.)
Roll dough out into long sticks. Place on a prepared baking sheet. (We recommend using parchment paper or a silpat mat).
Brush each stick with oil. Top with Italian seasoning.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
