Ingredients

cooked brown rice

almond milk
unsweetened

tsp
cinnamon

fruit of choice
May use leftover peaches and pineapple from oatmeal on Day 1.
Instructions
Place brown rice in a microwave-safe bowl and top with fruit.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Pour almond milk over and stir.
Cook in microwave for 1 minute.
Stir.
Cook another 1 minute more or until hot throughout, watching to be sure it doesn’t boil over.
