lean pork chops
bone-in or boneless

batch of The Holy Mess No Sugar Rib Rub

Worcestershire sauce

cup
coconut aminos
or balsamic vinegar
No Sugar Rib Rub

cup
paprika

dry mustard

Instructions
No Sugar Rib Rib
Combine all rub ingredients.
Pork Chops
Rub chops on both sides generously with rib rub.
Place chops in a container or plastic zipper bag. Pour sauce and aminos over chops.
Place chops in the refrigerator for 6-24 hours. Move them around a few times so chops are marinated on all sides.
When time to cook, discard marinade.
Bake, grill, or broil chops until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, about 15 minutes.
