This is the pasta salad recipe that LaNette Whiteside makes at many of her family get-togethers throughout the year. It's a must at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Ingredients
8oztri-color rotini pasta
5ozfat free feta cheeseI prefer feta, my family prefers shredded cheddar
1cupcherry tomatoescut in half
1cucumberdiced
chopped onionto taste
½cupfat-free Italian salad dressing add more dressing as desired
Instructions
Cook rotini according to package directions.
Run cold water over the pasta until it has cooled completely.
Add cheese and veggies.
Toss with fat free Italian salad dressing. LaNette says to pour with your heart. She likes quite a bit on hers.

As written above, it serves 6 at 3 WW points per serving.For LaNette's family, she makes at least a double batch. This recipe is a blank canvas. You can add any diced veggie you like. At Christmas, you can make it festive by adding red and green veggies.
