Weight Watchers Fruit Salad Recipe
These red, white, and blue dessert cups are wonderful to serve for the Fourth of July or any day you want to celebrate the sweet tastes of summer berries.

Ingredients

cup
strawberries
quartered
1
cup
blueberries

cups
marshmallows

1/3 less fat cream cheese
softened

oz
fat free or light Cool Whip
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Prepare and wash fruit. Quarter strawberries and add to a large bowl with blueberries, marshmallows. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, add cream cheese and vanilla and mix on medium speed with an electric mixer. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
Add mixture to bowl with fruit and gently fold together.
Spoon into 10 individual cup servings.
