Ingredients
1tsporeganodried
1/2tspcuminground
1tspsalt
2.5poundschicken drumettesand wings if desired
3Tbspolive oil
1lemonfreshly squeezed, or 3 Tbsp from a bottle
2Tbspparsleyminced
2Tbspgarlicminced
1/4cupParmesanshredded
Instructions
In a large bowl add the oregano, cumin and salt.
Stir to combine.
Add parsley, cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Stir to combine.
Dip each piece of chicken into the mix and rub into both sides.
Leave the wings in the bowl.
Marinate the drumettes and wings in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 400 ℉ for 4 to 5 minutes.
Lay the chicken pieces in a single layer, leaving space between them for air to circulate.
Air fry each side at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. (Approximately 24 minutes total. Chicken for doneness near bone.)
Oven
Preheat oven to 400 ℉.
Place the chicken pieces on a baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
Bake for 15 minutes. Turn over and bake for 10 minutes more. Using a meat thermometer, check for doneness and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165℉.
