Ingredients

chopped broccoli
1 ½
cups
egg whites
12 large or fat free liquid egg substitute
⅓
cup
fat free Greek yogurt
plain

cup
fat free milk
¼

onion powder
¼
tsp
garlic powder
¼
tsp
salt
¼
tsp
black pepper
¾
cup
shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese

chopped scallions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 inch pan with nonstick spray.
Place broccoli in medium large microwave safe bowl. Add ¼ cup water. Cover & microwave for 2 ½ minutes or until soft. Drain excess liquid.
In a large bowl, combine egg whites (substitute), yogurt, milk, & seasonings. Whisk until uniform. Add broccoli & cheese and stir to mix.
Transfer mixture to pie pan. Bake until firm and cooked through, about 25 minutes. Top with scallions.
