Ingredients
1largezucchinispiralized
12ouncescrabimitation or real, chopped
1cupalfredo saucejarred or homemade
1 ½cupsmozzarella cheese
2Tbspparsleyfresh, chopped
1tspsalt
½tspblack pepper
1tspold bay seasoning
⅓cupricotta cheese
1lemon, zestedoptional
¼cuptomatoeschopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Take zucchini that has been spiralized and with a cheese cloth, squeeze out excess liquid from zucchini. If desired, cut zoodles to 6-inch lengths.

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together, minus 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
12 ounces crab, 1 cup alfredo sauce, 2 Tbsp parsley, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp old bay seasoning, ⅓ cup ricotta cheese, 1 lemon, zested, ¼ cup tomatoes
Put mixture into a large oven pan. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
