Easy Homemade Pizza Crust (Reader Recipe)
Thanks to reader Laura Stoeckle for submitting this recipe. She says it's a wonderful dough recipe without any fat in it, and the crust really puffs up nicely.

Ingredients

cups
flour
I use 2 cups whole wheat, 3 cups white flour

salt

yeast

cups
warm water

tsp
pizza seasoning
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together and knead for 5 minutes.
Cover with a towel and let the dough rest in an oiled bowl for 30 minutes.
Punch the dough down, and then roll out onto 2 oiled (or lined with parchment paper) pizza pans or cookie sheets.
Put on the desired toppings.
Bake in a 375℉ oven for about 15 minutes. Makes 2 pizzas. Nutritional information is for crust only.
