Ingredients
1
low-carb flour tortilla
or whole wheat wrap, light english muffin, or naan bread of your choice
1/4
cup
pizza sauce
or spaghetti sauce
1/4
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional toppings:
2
Tbsp
olives
1/4
cup
mushrooms
1/4
cup
bell peppers
or vegetables of your choice

serving
turkey pepperoni
or diced chicken, turkey sausage, or protein of your choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 ℉.
Place the tortilla on a baking sheet.
Spread pizza sauce on the tortilla, leaving a small margin around the edge.
Top with cheese.
Add desired pizza toppings.
Bake for 5 minutes, or until desired color or crispness.
Allow pizza to cool for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
You may also bake the pizza in a toaster oven or air fryer.
