Fast Tortilla Pizza for One Person (Reader Recipe)
Ingredients
- 1 low-carb flour tortilla or whole wheat wrap, light english muffin, or naan bread of your choice
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional toppings:
- 2 Tbsp olives
- 1/4 cup mushrooms
- 1/4 cup bell peppers or vegetables of your choice
- 1 serving turkey pepperoni or diced chicken, turkey sausage, or protein of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 โ.
- Place the tortilla on a baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce on the tortilla, leaving a small margin around the edge.
- Top with cheese.
- Add desired pizza toppings.
- Bake for 5 minutes, or until desired color or crispness.
- Allow pizza to cool for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
- You may also bake the pizza in a toaster oven or air fryer.
