Ingredients

93% lean ground turkey

cup
fresh breadcrumbs
¾
cup
carrots
finely grated
½
cup
mushrooms
thinly-sliced or finely chopped
⅓
cup
onion
finely chopped
¼
cup
canned tomato sauce

egg
1
clove
garlic
finely chopped

teaspoons
Worcestershire sauce

pepper

cup
ketchup
no sugar added
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
Using your hands or a wooden spoon, combine all ingredients, except the ketchup, in a large bowl.
Mix until combined, but do not overmix or the meatloaf will be tough.
Shape the mixture into a 4-by-8-inch loaf on the prepared pan. Brush all over with the ketchup.
Bake until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the meatloaf registers 165°F, about 45 minutes.
Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes.
Cut the meatloaf into 8 slices. Serving size: 2 slices
