or hot tea or lemonade

honey

lemon juice

Instructions
Heat the liquid of choice on the stovetop or in the microwave.
Add honey, lemon, and whiskey, if using.
Stir until combined.
Add lemon slices and cinnamon sticks (optional).
Slowly drink, enjoy and feel better.
