Ingredients

can diced tomatoes
15 ounces, undrained

can corn
15 ounces, drained

can minestrone
19 ounces, such as Progresso

can mixed vegetables
15 ounces, drained

can black beans
15 ounces, rinsed and drained, low-sodium if possible
Instructions
In a large pot, add all ingredients and stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until heated through.
Ladle into bowls and serve warm.
