For Salad

fresh, canned in juice, or thawed from frozen. If using fresh peaches, remove skin.

Instructions
For Salad
Serve the salad with cooked baby potatoes.
For Dressing
Place peaches into a bowl and mash well with fork or use blender for a smoother texture.
Add other ingredients and stir.
