Ingredients

crushed pineapple
canned, drained, no added sugar

ounces
mandarin oranges
drained

cottage cheese
fat free

Cool Whip
light or fat free

box sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the drained pineapple, drained mandarin oranges, and cottage cheese.
Fold in Cool Whip and pudding mix until well combined. Don't overmix or the Cool Whip will lose it's air and be flat instead of fluffy.
Notes
Great for WW and any low-calorie diet. I like to make it in advance and portion it into individual snack containers for the week ahead.
