Instructions
Lightly spray a microwave-safe soup mug with cooking oil.
Mash the banana, add the egg, flax meal, and cinnamon, then mix well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared mug and microwave for about 3 to 5 minutes until it has the texture of a muffin.
Let it cool slightly before eating.
