Instructions
Mix all ingredients except sprinkles in a bowl with a wire wisk, with an immersion blender, or in a blender. (I use a hand-held a blender, similar to a Magic Bullet.)
Once blended, pour the mixture into an empty CREAMi™ pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
Select "light ice cream" setting and allow ice cream to process.
Remove container from machine, open the lid and stir. If the sides are icy, scrape them down. Process again on "light ice cream" setting.
Remove container from machine and open lid. Make a well in the center of the ice cream. Add sprinkles and process with "mix in" function, then serve.
Note: When you remove ice cream from the freezer, if the top of the ice cream is not flat, be sure to scrape it flat with a knife or spoon before mixing. Too much variation on the top of the ice cream can damage the machine.Leftovers: Store leftover ice cream in the Ninja Creami container and flatten it before re-freezing. The ice cream must be re-mixed in the Ninja before serving. For gluten-free: Jello pudding mix is gluten-free. Check the protein powder to be sure it's allergy-friendly. Choose gluten-free sprinkles.
