1/2cupfruit, fresh or frozenmango, pineapple, berries, or others
1/4cupcoconut milkfrom a can, full-fat or light
1/4cupcottage cheeseregular, reduced-fat, or fat-free, or additional coconut milk for vegan, dairy-free, WFPB
1/3cupsugaror powdered sweetener of choice, or additional fruit or 6 dates for no sugar, WFPB
1cupmilkcow's milk, almond milk, or milk of choice
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wire whisk, with an immersion blender, or in a blender. (I use a hand-held a blender, similar to a Magic Bullet.)
Once blended, pour the mixture into an empty CREAMi™ pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
Select "ice cream" setting and allow ice cream to process.
Remove container from machine, open the lid and stir. If the sides are icy, scrape them down. Process again on "ice cream" setting.
Remove container from machine, open lid, and serve.
