This is such a simple, easy, five-ingredient white chicken chili that I love to put in the crockpot before leaving for work to have a delicious meal when I get home.

canned, drained and rinsed

uncooked, cut into bite-sized pieces

lowfat (or substitute with your preferred shredded cheese)
Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Add the chicken, beans, salsa, cumin, and shredded cheese to the crockpot.
Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Serve hot and enjoy!
