Here's a lighter version of a traditional favorite holiday salad that's made healthier but still bursting with flavor. Perfect for your holiday table, summer picnics, or anytime you want a treat.

sugar-free cherry pie filling

crushed pineapple, drained
in juice, no added sugar

ounce tub
whipped topping
such as Cool Whip, light, fat-free or sugar-free

ounce can
fat-free sweetened condensed milk

mini marshmallows

cup
shredded coconut
unsweetened
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, starting with the whipped cream followed by the cherry pie filling.
Mix well and serve immediately, or cover and store in the fridge until it’s ready to be served.
