Amazon Prime Day 2019 is July 15 and 16 with sales starting at midnight on July 15.
Now in it’s fifth year, Amazon Prime day has been bigger each year with sales in 2019 expected to top previous years’ sales. Amazon Prime Day is only for those with prime membership and is predicted to be even bigger than Black Friday for total online sales.

Here are some of the top deals we predict for Amazon Prime Day 2019, based on last year’s sales.
Instant Pot DUO60 – This was the top seller in the United States last year for Prime Day and I predict this will sell out again this year. Watch for 30-40% off.
23andMe DNA Test – Health + Ancestry Personal Genetic Service – 75+ Online Reports – this was one of the top sellers last year and predicted to be big again this year with such a huge savings.
Amazon Echo and Echo Dot – Hugely discounted prices.
K-Elite Keurig – Watch for up to 50% off.
Fitbit Alta – Predictions are that these and similar Fitbits will be 30-40% off.

When is Amazon Prime Day 2019?
Amazon Prime Day 2019 is July 15/16. Sales begin at midnight on July 15.
This sale is only for Amazon Prime members. If you don’t yet have a membership, click here for a free trial. (You can always cancel after the Prime sale, although we love our Prime membership and use it constantly.)

Prime shipping has made the membership worth it for our family since we did all our Christmas shopping on Amazon this year and avoided stores all together.
Amazon offers a free 30-day Prime trial, so you can participate in the sale and then cancel after the 30 days. It’s worth checking out if you are considering a membership, since membership also includes streaming Amazon Prime video (a limited but worthwhile selection), Prime photo online storage, Kindle Owners’ Lending Library of books, and 20% off diapers and 15% off baby registry items.
Amazon Moms offers the full range of Prime benefits and is especially worth checking into if you have a little one in diapers.
College students can receive a free six month trial of amazon prime for free. If you refer a friend to the program, you receive $10 and your friend receives $10.
Are there deals to be had on Amazon Prime Day 2019?
Yes. Keep in mind there are Amazon Prime deals most any time, so don’t get too alarmed if you miss one.

This sale will be worth it if you’ve got your eye on something already and are hoping to get it for a great price, especially a big electronic purchase or a larger toy purchase. I recommend adding items to your wish list now.
This might also be a good time to do some early holiday shopping if you have a list ready.
You will for sure want to use the Amazon App to track Prime Day deals as they come. You can “watch and waitlist” a deal so you will be notified when it is available. I have been using the Amazon App and they’ve significantly improved the experience.
