  • 4 cups of cut apples
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Flax Meal
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 Dash Salt
  • 1 Cup Flour
