I was very surprised at my 2.4# loss being so close to my goal weight.Previously I had been losing and gaining the same 2 pounds for months. Seeing the scale move is exciting! I’ve really enjoyed doing this 3 day challenge during the summer, so many fresh fruits and vegetables available to choose from. Thanks!
I will start the 3-Day Plan on Monday, June 2. Shopped for it today and will do the prep tomorrow. Looking forward to it! I will weigh in on a Monday before starting! I was doing a low carb diet from June 1, 2024-December 22, 2024 and then did Weight Watchers from December 23, 2024 until present.
I ate a lot of the same things I normally eat except no sugar. It is amazing what sugar does to a person. I have been overweight all my life and now that I am old, I want to lose this last 20 pounds that I have been fighting for a year. I will keep up on this program because it is Christian based. GOD IS MY EVERYTHING. So I lost 4 pounds and 2 inches around my waist.
Zero 0 zero. Not one extra bite, lick. ☹️

.05 is what I lost in the Jan. 2025 3 day challenge. Not as much as I hoped. But it is a loss, so I’ll tale it.

I lost 4 lbs…very happy. Plenty of food choices and I couldn’t eat them all. My boyfriend ate most as well and enjoyed them.
