Chicken Caesar Salad with Tomatoes & Avocado (Reader Recipe)
Ingredients
- 1 bag light Caesar salad kit such as Fresh Express Caesar Lite
- 9 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken no skin
- 1 tomato diced
- 1/2 avocado diced
Instructions
- Add salad mix to a large bowl.
- Mix in shredded chicken, diced tomatoes and avocado.
- Top with included salad dressing, cheese and croutons.
