Daily Renewal with a Verse

Having these ready available Bible verses in front of me each day helps me direct my eating needs more on truth. Some days I need a verse with strength as the focus, so I can repeat it whenever I am feeling that weak “what is one cookie going to do” mentality. Or even if I eat the ‘one cookie’, to keep myself from going hog-wild. The Lord IS my strength and my salvation! May God bless you all on your journeys 🙂
