This no sugar rib rub recipe comes together quickly and gives your pork or beef ribs amazing flavor, without the calories of extra sugar. This adds extra flavor without distracting from the meat.
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup paprika
  • 4 T dry mustard
  • 2 T onion powder
  • 2 T garlic powder
  • 2 T basil
  • 3 tsp ground red pepper (optional)
  • 2 T chili powder
  • 1 T black pepper
  • 1 T salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in an air-tight container. When applying, generously season each side of ribs and rub into meat with fingers.
