Please pray for me as mother. Son and new girlfriend do not drink often but when they do they drink way too much. I brought up concerns with son he is aware. But recent weekend visit she got really drunk then proclaimed she was 30 and accountable to no one so she could party I am devistated. And don’t know how to bring this up again with either of them I guess I could wait till next visit I’m praying a lot listening to Rick Warren sermons reading Bible. Doesn’t help that her father and sister is jail for drugs and I prayed to accept her and see the good in her I want to be sportive. They have been dating a year and a half. I need prayer cuz I’m distraught over this. Main peace is feeling God wants me to wait. I need my mind to accept this. Ty. And at some pint I need to address this with them or just my son?

Please pray for me, Kim, and my estranged husband, Bob. He is 84 and has been dealing with levels of dementia for sometime. He was just released from a Skilled Nursing Facility and is overwhelmed by the medical bills. We need prayers for great wisdom in negotiating bills, setting up a payment plan, or filing bankruptcy. He doesn’t need this stress, yet he is stubborn and listen to those who are trying to give him good advice. It is part of the dementia. He is a good man. I may have posted that incorrectly as I don’t see it.
We have gotten bed bugs and are trying to treat them during the quarantine. I don’t know how we got them. We keep a tidy home and are careful about traveling. We live in an apartment and I’m very worried that treatment will spread the pests to neighbors.
Many of our neighbors also have children and are low income, so I don’t believe they will be able to afford treatment.
Please pray that these bugs are eradicated and not spread to a single apartment. Please pray that we are able to bear the financial burden of this expensive treatment and that we do not have to replace all our furniture.

Pleas pray for my mother who has severe dementia. I live with her, and I also work in a grocery store. I try to be careful not to bring the corona virus home to her, but it is not always easy. We use hand sanitizer at work and I try to wear a mask, but it gets awfully warm in the plains south of Lubbock, Texas. She does not always understand that I have to leave for work. Sometimes leaving her alone is a problem. Sometimes she is asleep when I get home. That means she won’t get her medications that evening.
I have to work to pay my bills. My brother wants to put my mother in a nursing home. Then he wants me to move out of my mother’s house so he can sell it to pay for her care. I only work part-time, so I do not make enough to pay for a place to live and food to eat. I guess my best shot is to move into subsidized housing and get on food stamps. Please pray for guidance for all of us. Thank you.

I have had strange medical symptoms for a long time and the latest MRI revealed I have a small aneurysm in my brain. That is all I know. I got the call yesterday morning and was shocked by the news I didn’t think to ask any questions…. They want me to go in for a CT Angiogram. I am calling today with a list of questions. I have just been diagnosed with breast cancer in my left breast. They are doing a biopsy on the right breast June 7th to see if the spot they found is cancer as well. They are definitely doing a mastectomy. If cancer is found in the right breast as well I will have to get a double mastectomy then chemo and radiation.
I have several health issues including MS, seizure disorder , glauccoma , macular degeneration, ( legally blind ) lupus and heart issues.

I have a prayer request. I need guidance in my situation. My husband (who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s 4 years ago) are raising our two special needs grandsons. The oldest grandson will be turning 21 this summer. He has a severe mental health diagnosis and is developmentally delayed. He has angry spells that are sometimes physical and dangerous. In the past my husband was able to handle him but now it’s getting much harder as he is older and much bigger. We had always promised the boys that they could live with us, but we never expected the problems to get so difficult. I’m not sure what to do or where to go for help. I pray that God will show us the way!

There are so many deprograms and residences( which I worked in for over. 20 years as the nurse. It’s a very good opportunity to try and find a pleasant program and/or residence now while you are able to observe how they adapt to them. Do this soon because often there is a waiting list. A while ago God revealed who my spouse was to be. He is someone I have known since middle school quite possibly even elementary. Unfortunately due to circumstances I am not fully aware of he lost his children to the state of OK. This has made if very embittered and he has started pushing everyone away. My prayer for him is that God restores everything that has been taken from him and that he realizes that he needs to put his trust in God and that the church is a community and we are here to help one another. My prayer for us is that we will be united soon and that he will not bare this burden alone.
Secondly I have a problem with touching my self inappropriately. I know that I am not supposed to do this, I always feel bad after doing it. I need God to help me stop.
Thirdly, my children are in the adolescence the time where I have to step back & let them make their own mistakes. They are both struggling in school with grades & making friends. My prayer for them is that they make Godly choices, God gives them wisdom and that they learn to choose Godly friends.
Finally, I need prayer for my finances and to go back to school. My desire has always been to be a nurse. Being a single parent it is hard for me to find financing to go to school.
as a nurse i would like to offer the prayer that we understand God made all of our parts as part of God’s wise plan, let us recall that the Bible is filled withevidence of God’s love of beauty and pleasure and joy, let us love ourselves and enjoy the beautiful wonderful bodies God has given us gor this eartly life, let us nurture our bodies where God’s holy spirit dwells, with good hydratation and nutrition and rest and sleep and work and physical activty and safe and legal pleasures and ways to manage our stress and enjoy ourselves, confident that sexual pleasure too is a gift of God’s Love and it is ok and fine to touch ourselves “down there” — otherwise God would have put our beautifully genitalia out of reach: again as a nurse: self touch that causes no self-harm and takes place appropriately in private is just fine, and i bet if you prayed about this concern you would find that our loving God would reassure you somehow.
Please pray for my son, Aaron. He is a drug addict. We have tried to help him for years and yet he continues. To get his drugs, he steals from us and others. He is 33 years old and cannot keep a job and has no desire to get one. My husband and I are in our 60’s and will retire soon. He is still living with us. We only provide him with a bed and food. We can’t even give him any spending money as it all goes towards drugs. Please pray that he stops this awful addiction , and gets on with his life. We are afraid that if we put him on the streets, that it’s like sentencing him to death from the drugs. Please also pray for my husband and I that we can find an answer to this horrendous situation. Please pray for me that I lose weight, I will be having knee replacement surgery in the spring and I know the outcome will be much better if I lose weight. I have several people in my community that are having some major health issues such as cancer or are grieving the loss of a loved one. I pray for them daily. She’s been accepted into University’s but now she’s going down a dark path. I’m not understanding what has happened… She comes from a Loving Christian Family. She’s not responding to my texts or emails. I’m hurt and lost for words. We have always been close. She’s my only daughter.

My children and myself need prayers. I am suffering with health issues and being held in Iceland against my will. I have 4 kids 14 to age 8 and they want to go home and visit my family but their father will not sign for it. My 10 year old son has ADHD/ODD and a sensory disorder and he is being bullied so badly at school that he has had injuries and I refuse to send him. Homeschooling is illegal here. The school is bringing in a company to work on this finally after 3 years. He has been jumped by up to 10 kids at a time and I can’t take it anymore. Thank you for reading and God bless.

Pray for my Aunt Patsy in Seattle Washington she had a stroke and has bleeding in her brain. She is a tough lady and has been through a lot. She is 70 years old and lost her husband a year and half ago lost a great grandson to sids 6 month ago.

I know what you are going thru. My oldest nephew passed away in May. I too know he is in Heaven and I will one day see him again. It has been rough but God is always here for me. I have many memories of him that I think about all the time.
It will eventually get easier and always remember your sister is in Heaven and you too will see her again one day because I take that you are a Christian.

Prayer request: I need a mircle for my eyes. I really have a hard time seeing. I am taking two onlne ministry classes and have a hard time seeing when I type, etc. I have a lazy left eye that is over 40 vision and it is covered with cataract and has damage from a parisite and so I cannot drive because I do not have periphal vision on that eye and my right eye has floaters and makes me feel like I am under water. We are battling bed bugs during the quarantine. We don’t even know how we got them because we are really clean people who are careful when we travel. We are living in an apartment with shared walls, so we are worried they will travel to our neighbors. Please pray for protection for our neighbors and a complete eradication from the entire building.

I have a few (sorry I missed the email) –
1. My marriage is in trouble. My husband walked away from Christ many years ago and my continued desire to follow Him is driving a massive wedge between us. He loves me and I love him, but his unending ridicule of my faith is wearing away at me. I filed for divorce (and, TBH, wasn’t very nice about it) which really hurt him, but didn’t follow through because I JUST COULDN’T SEE HIM HURT LIKE THAT. Both of us are still reeling from that.
2. We live in a small town where I am thought well of. Because of my filing for divorce, even though I didn’t complete it, he lost his job and no one will hire him now. I feel like I’ve totally emasculated him and I don’t know how to fix that.
3. Because he can’t get a job, we are really hurting financially.
4. My own faith is crippled and I struggle with depression now. Counseling was ridiculous. This is a God thing. We need a miracle – many miracles, on so many levels.
Dear Heavenly Father, I have often heard Your evangelists say if you do something for others it will be done for you. Well I need help in my own marriage. By the grace of You God I will make it to 25th which 9 months away. I in compassion pray for Hannah htat she also will have the victory. Many times we aren’t equally yoiked with our spouse. What started out that way doesn’t always end up so. When one is diligent in the Word and has the heart for You the others seems to have backslidden or grown cold. If this is the case then I pray that my husband as well as Hannoh husband will repent and turn toward you and not against You. Also I have been through this job thing with my own husband and I ask for a miracle for her husband to get work what You have done for my husband I pray You will do for him. We all worry about our reputaiton and how people think of us I pray for Your Blood covering and the garment of praise around my sister as well as with me. It is hard to face others and hear their comments. Protect her from harm and draw her husband to renew his vows with her and make all things right. Help her in depression and struggle, I too, have dealth with this. Many days I struggle then I have one or two days victory. We remember that You have overcome the world and so shall we. We put the soul in subjecion to the spirit and Word and cover oursleves with Your Blood and Thank You for our victory. We shall not let the marriages and its covenant die but we will live as married women in Jeus name and praise the Lord. Expecting a good report for both of us. I asked God what to do with his hate and God said focus not on his hate but on God’s Love. This has helped me and I hope it helps Hannah.

I’ve lost 3 significant people in my life in a very short amount of time, my Godmother (cancer), a Mother figure (heart attack), and an Aunt (cancer). I have battles with depression so its hard, I’ve sort of lost my way, I don’t pray as much, and I’m really seeking the Lord. (don’t get me wrong I still give him the glory in all aspects of my life).

The past few months I have felt like something is missing in my life. I am having trouble reading and understanding the bible and I am not even sure how to pray anymore. I once felt God’s presence but don’t anymore. Please pray for me. I am a Christian but just lost my Christian joy. I am a Christian that has been saved for nearly 55 years. I have been under attack by Satan for 2 years now due to serious family issues. I am weary, done, I simply have nothing left to give, i feel all used up! My life feels like I have spinning inside a tornado for these 2 years! I just want the tornado to drop me somewhere, anywhere! I can’t seem to find peace in my Bible or my prayers. I am very active in my church and very faithful in my attendance for 30 plus years to the same church (despite multiple serious health issues) but I am on the verge of giving it all up. I have tried to let a few people know how I am struggling but they just don’t see how badly I am wounded. Please pray for me to find peace and hope and joy again and for me to escape this tornado and begin to establish a new “normal” life that isn’t spinning out of control. Thank you for all you do!

Please pray for my father. He has Alzheimer’s + it’s getting worse. He owns guns + that’s always freaked me out. He’s always gotten very angry if anyone mentions anything about him getting rid of them, but not with his health issues, I’m very, very concerned. I’ve heard awful stories about patients with Alzheimer’s + guns + mistakes that have been made in a confusing moment in time. Please pray that my mom + I are able to convince him that it’s time to give up his guns or at least lock them up in such a way that everyone remains safe. (I know this might be a weird request to post here, but I’m desperate.)
Also, my husband + I are desperate, financially. I can’t work because I have severe health issues + my husband was laid off. We have gone through our savings + are in a lot of debt. The problem is – my husband can’t just take any job… my meds run over $100k/year, so he needs to find a job with amazing health insurance. Those are rare. Please pray that God finds us the perfect situation. And soon. We’re running out of options.

I am battling severe depression and I am in recovery for substance abuse. The holidays seem to be a little more difficult for me. I don’t have children or a husband. I live with my mom. I just turned 34 last month and I just feel like God has forgotten about me. Nothing in my life looks even remotely like “normal”. But as I write this in tears trying to get myself together before my boss comes back, I felt a small reassurance that God doesn’t forget his children. My life may not be picture perfect, but I know that God has a plan. It may not look like mine but maybe it’s not supposed to. Thanks for this prayer thread. Oh, Danielle… I have a small idea of what you must be going through. I suffered from severe depression for so many years. I still do off + on. I was 34 when God turned my life around. I was so desperately depressed. But God is always watching out for us. He is preparing you for what He has in store for you. Life may totally suck right now, but I’ve found that it will make the beautiful stuff (when it comes) even more beautiful. God’s plan rarely resembles your own plan. Mine sure didn’t. I’m nowhere near where I figured I’d be. But I’m in such a better place. Even though I have severe health problems + money troubles, etc., I have God + that’s really all I need. I really, really pray that you feel God’s arms around you + you feel His peace deep in your soul – that even in the depths of your despair, you can feel God there + He helps you fight your way out. I will be praying for you so much.

I suddenly feel a old pain of grieve of my youth that is troubling me. My fear of abandoment has come back on full. In my life i have been through a lot of painfull human behaviour. I was the youngest and left at home in a dangerous situation because my father was a aggressive drunk. I was bullied at school and had no safe place to go. My brothers and my sister had all left the house and not looked back at me. And for some reasom they think i have had it better then they did. All my life my sister showed ungrounded jeaulosy towards me and at some point my sister in law gold me that my sister had had it the worst. I have never said anything about that but if has hurt me so so much. I had to work hard to get where i am today. Very very hard . I have overcome a lot with Christ. But eventhough i have been there for my sisters kids. She had never ever aknowledged that. She had even forgotten and it hurts a lot to not be seen. My middle brother always says i dont come enough to his kids birthdays but i always have tried to and he never aknowledged that. Today my relationship is over and unfortunatly i again feel no one is asking how i am. My brother and sister aarde not there for me. And eventhough i have struggled hard in life i always feel they never see ME for what i have been through and how THEY have left and never even asked how i was when i lived at home in a dangerous situation. I was still a little girl. 12 years younger then my sister. Why did they never look back and have been like this for years and years. Why did they not see how hard it had been for me and where i got today. Why did they never see me? I never ever complain, work hard and dont ask for anything. They however always have complained and i listened and helped out but they never see or aknowledged that. I dont know what the reasons is for having seen me so negatively because i was Just a little girl and never ever die anything to them. Why? It suddenly came up today but this hurt i have been putting away for years and years. The feeling that they dislike me. Please pray for insight for Them. Please show them my proper youth instead of what they made it ik into and that working up against their judgement had made it more difficult . Show them that i was alone. Really alone. Really really alone. Please pray for insight for them and for how hard my life has really been,the truth. And how i never ever complained and did everything in my possibilty to het where i am today.
