Cherry Almond Parfait ShotCherry Almond Parfait Shots is one of the most simple shot-glass desserts to make, and pretty to present. The almond flavor wasn’t especially strong. Next time I would add a few extra drops of almond extract, a few chopped almonds on top, or both. If you prefer a more mild flavor, keep the recipe as-is.

We served these at our recent graduation and confirmation Shot Glass Mini-Servings party.

We filled a gallon ziplock bag with the pudding, let it set for about 30 minutes, then snipped a corner and piped it into the shot glasses.
