An (almost) wordless post the night before the Courage Classic 3 Day Bike event for Children’s Hospital Colorado. The alarm is set for 5:00 am and 80 cycling miles are on tomorrow’s agenda, so this will be brief.
I carry your love and support with me. Thank you sincerely to everyone who has cheered me on, donated to my ride, and given our family love in countless ways.
Mike and I often hear the words, “I don’t know how you do it,” in reference to how we care for children with special needs. We do it with God’s guidance and the love, prayers, and practical help from so many friends. You bless us.
The words “thank you” seem inadequate, but it’s all I have to offer so it’s what I give tonight.

Mike and Zack at packet pick up. Last time I rode, Zack was in the hospital and Mike stayed in Denver with him, so we are very thankful Mike and Zack are here to cheer me on this year!
Zack said, “How much longer until we go back to the hotel and swim in the pool, Mom? I’ve been waiting ALL DAY!”
