These Air Fryer Chicken Tenders are healthy and delicious.

These air fryer chicken tenders come together quickly and make a delicious meal for your family or as a game day snack.
Ingredients
  • 12oz of Chicken Breasts tenders
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. cajun spice
  • Salt and Pepper
Instructions
  1. Place your tenders on a napkin lined plate and pat dry. Season each side with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl add eggs.
  3. In the other bowl, add panko crumbs and cajun seasoning and lightly stir.
  4. Dip chicken tenders into the eggs, then panko bread crumbs.
  5. Place the chicken on a separate plate until all are coated.
  6. Load the tenders into air fryer basket and lightly spray with olive oil spray.
  7. Cook at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
