Air Fryer Chicken Tenders
These Air Fryer Chicken Tenders are healthy and delicious.
- 12oz of Chicken Breasts tenders
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 tbsp. cajun spice
- Salt and Pepper
- Place your tenders on a napkin lined plate and pat dry. Season each side with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl add eggs.
- In the other bowl, add panko crumbs and cajun seasoning and lightly stir.
- Dip chicken tenders into the eggs, then panko bread crumbs.
- Place the chicken on a separate plate until all are coated.
- Load the tenders into air fryer basket and lightly spray with olive oil spray.
- Cook at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
