Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake (Reader Recipe)
Ingredients
- 2 cups nonfat greek yogurt I add a bit of truvia also
- ยฝ cup almond milk
- 1 small box chocolate pudding sugar-free
- 6 pcs Graham crackers squares
- 1 can cherry pie filling sugar-free
- Spray whipped topping optional
Instructions
- Crush the crackers in a baggie and divide into 6 serving cups. It’s about 1 tablespoon each.
- Mix the yogurt, milk, and pudding together and divide into cups.
- Top with โ cup each of the pie filling. I use the whole can.
- Refrigerate. Ready almost immediately.
- Top with your choice of whipped topping.
