How to Make Baked Potatoes in the Air Fryer
Making a delicious potato in your air fryer is easy. While you can skip rubbing the outside with oil, please don’t. It’s only a couple teaspoons, which doesn’t add a lot of extra fat or calories and the end result is so worth it.
Gather your ingredients.
Rub potatoes in oil and salt.
Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
- 4 baking potatoes
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp course salt
- Rub clean potatoes with olive oil and coat with salt.
- Place potatoes on air fryer rack or in basket leaving space between and without stacking.
- Cook at 400 degrees for 50 minutes, using tongs to flip halfway. Potatoes will be crisp on the outside and soft on the inside when ready to eat.
- Serve with choice of toppings.
