I bought your hope toolkit and love it. I just lost over 200lbs in 18 months by researching into the American food industry and certain food companies. Being from Europe I was never obese and did not get morbidly obese eating junk food. I became strict vegan, eating only natural foods no preservatives etc or frozen processed foods or grains.
I just also started reading the Bible daily and am son avid journaled and my three kids are three loving sweet Italian greyhounds.
I am a survivor of severe emotional, physical & sexual abuse from early childhood into my teens. Therapy has helped healed me and doing a lot of volunteer work for those less fortunate like the homeless and teens in crisis etc.
I so look forward to your emails and articles as I have a good friend who adopted three small children , one a 5 yr old boy who was abused and has been diagnosed with high spectrum Autism , Bipolar, and OCD just recently. So I wish to pass on the articles you have on managing a child on medication or with a disorder seeing a therapist etc too
