Are you headed to a party and need a delicious dip that is simple and hearty? This Instant Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip is sure to be a winner.

I’ve been making this Classic Artichoke Dip for years, which requires baking in the oven. I was excited to learn I could make the same dip in my Instant Pot pressure cooker with ease and less time.

This creamy dip is delicious with crackers or vegetables for dipping, although my favorite way to enjoy it is with pita chips.
