Gather ingredients.

Don’t forget the ice cream and of course, the alcohol. I used Brandy since I had some on hand. Coconut Rum is especially good.

Individual portion cups

These individual portion cups make for easy mini-servings and even have lids. Shot glasses work great, also. I got these at Hobby Lobby.

Make jello by adding water and then alcohol.

After jello is mostly dissolved, add the alcohol. Extra sips optional.

Add ice cream and stir until melted. Since the jello won’t be as hot because you added alcohol, make sure the ice cream is very soft before adding to the jello.

On the Beach Dessert Cups

Pour the dessert into individual cups and allow to set.

Before serving, sprinkle with crushed graham cracker for your beach sand and add a mini-umbrella if desired.
