You are probably tempted to think the end result you want is to be at your goal weight, and I get it. That was me for most of my life. If I could have figured out a way to somehow suck the extra fat off my body (in a way that wouldn’t harm me and would keep it off) I would have done it.

Sure, you want to be thinner, and I don’t blame you. But lots of things can make you thin, like cancer or starvation.
Okay, you think, I want to be thinner and HEALTHY.
Now we are getting somewhere, but haven’t we all known people who are thin and miserable?
